Your individualized medical massage therapy plan is designed to address a diagnosed injury or health condition as prescribed by your treating provider (M.D., D.O., Chiropractor, P.T., O.T., P.A., or N.P.). • 6th Visit: Final assessment — Determine progress and evaluate readiness for transition to a Maintenance Massage Plan.
